Where you can relax and enjoy life

Mei is the best she can tell if there's something wrong with the slightest instruction as to where my pain is located. I can tell she's really concerned about improving the state I'm in.

Where Medicine Meets Compassion, and Hope Becomes Part of Healing

Twenty years ago, my husband and I arrived in the United States with our one-month-old daughter, full of hope and dreams of building a new life.

Life, however, had other plans.

Not long after we settled in America, my husband passed away from heart failure. Suddenly, I found myself raising my daughter alone in a foreign country while carrying the responsibilities of both parent and provider.

Before coming to the United States, I had worked in commercial office furniture sales. But because of the language barrier, I chose a new path and entered the field of massage therapy. In 2010, I became a licensed massage therapist.

During my first three years, my focus was simple—to support my family and make a living. But over time, I began to realize how deeply I was affected by the emotional and energetic burdens my clients carried. The impact eventually began affecting my own physical and emotional well-being. Realizing I could no longer continue in that way, I made the difficult decision to leave the profession, believing I would never return.

Then, in 2015, everything changed.

My daughter was diagnosed with leukemia.

Over the years that followed, we endured multiple relapses, countless hospitalizations, intensive care stays, and repeated conversations in which doctors believed there was little hope left.

During one of the most devastating moments, complications from chemotherapy caused severe brain injury, and we were told there were no further treatment options. We entered hospice care and brought our daughter home, preparing to say goodbye.

That experience transformed my life forever.

To care for my daughter, I became a student once again. I immersed myself in the study of the Huangdi Neijing (The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine), traditional Chinese medicine, meridian theory, hypnosis, meditation, stress management, and other approaches that support both physical and emotional well-being.

The hospital became my second classroom.

Through those years, I discovered a truth that continues to guide my life:

Medicine can sustain life, but love gives people the strength to keep living.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I felt called to return to the healing profession—but this time with a completely different purpose.

Today, I combine therapeutic massage, hypnosis, mindfulness-based relaxation, and more than a decade of lived experience caring for a critically ill child and supporting families through unimaginable hardship.

My goal is not simply to relieve physical discomfort.

My hope is to help every person who walks through my door reconnect with inner peace, courage, and hope.

Because I know that when someone is living through the darkest chapter of their life, what changes them most is not a miracle.

It is knowing that someone is willing to walk beside them through the darkness.

I do not promise miracles.

Instead, I invite every client to arrive with an open mind and a hopeful heart. Together, we create a space where the body can rest, the mind can breathe, and hope has the opportunity to grow again. Because, Healing begins the moment you realize you no longer have to walk alone.
